About Me #

I am Julie, and Kerokita is my frog. As a child, I used to make little websites about my interests using ExPage and GeoCities. I kept a self hosted WordPress blog for much of the 00s and took it down in 2021. In 2023, I decided that I wanted to get back to my roots and learn more web development. I am inspired by the IndieWeb (a movement to own your own content and online presence) and the 90s online aesthetic revival.

I am using a static site generator called 11ty, deployed to Netlify via Github. Javascript, Nunjucks, and Markdown are involved.
